Cancelations and refunds:

If you have to cancel, for any reason, and you had paid in full, DSM Academy will refund you your tuition. However, there is a $50.00 non refundable deposit withheld.

No deductions will be made for late registrations or early departures. If a player is unable to continue, the remainder balance will be applied to the next DSM Academy clinic in the future.

In the unlikely event DSM Academy cancels your session, we will refund you the entire registration fee.

Dismissals:

DSM Academy reserves the right to dismiss students for consistent disruptive behavior.

$10.00 discount for (1) sibling registering at the same time.
We accept credit cards, personal cheques and cash.

Payment on line for private training must cover a minimum of 5 sessions
